YAY leak now fixed!

it was 4 joints in half a metre (one of which was pissing water) so the guys chomped out the whole lot and replaced with a new section of plastic pipe (attaching to plastic on my side, lead pipe neighbours). The leak was definately in the communal ground and TBH I could ask for neighbour to halve the costs.. But somehow i don't want to provoke that argument so instead will have it out with the water co as sparky was in today to fix the elecy cable, which was at least 0.5m away from the actual leak in the end! I'll ignore the £375 i'm out of pocket at the moment... nevermind sparky costs!

Still the carnage of a hole to fix, new fence posts (they had to rip one up) and at least 3 days holiday between me/missus of waiting round for quotes/work.
