I have a slight ache on the inside of my elbow around where the vein can be seen.it seemed to become apparent while bouldering I was using an undercut when I noticed it.
I also recall having the same sort of ache last year around the same sort of time of year I was just wondering if the cold could somehow be causing the problem as im wary of causing injury.
the arm it has occurred on is often in the bent position and loaded with weight as I use this hand at work to hold my plastering hawk and plaster.
if anybody has an idea or any help in diagnosis it would be much appreciated.
