Hi,
The york uni climbing club will be heading to brimham rocks tomorrow for some top roping. There will be about 12 of us, and we will try and limit it to 2 top ropes at any one time.
I'm sorry if this inconveniences anyone.

It's great that you've put out this notice. 12 isn't such a large group anyway.

In reply to Susannah2010: In the Peak you can have two groups of 30 or more on thew same crag. They didn't post it on here and they made no concession to other crag users, with numerous top ropes, a 'picnic' across the path, several dangerous practices etc.
Your posting on here show consideration and resposibility. Enjoy you climbing, and I hope your new members take to the sport and continue to enjoy the thrill and skill of it all! Popst a trip report.

Thanks from me as well...sadly too many clubs that behave reasonably well are too nervous to post these days (Herts at Froggatt about a month back springs to mind). Make sure you're using the excellent new YMC guide: lots more info on possibilities in there if you look.
