In reply to UKC Gear: I think this is a great guide. It's very "grass roots" and no one's going to retire on the proceeds, but it's probably better for all that. It's been written with a real love of the area and a desire to get more people to climb there. Well worth a purchase!

In reply to UKC Gear: Couldn't agree more. Again, knowing one of the authors personally, but the old gower guide book was overly-comprehensive and with such descriptions as 'climb the crack' or 'the line just right of the crack' needed omitting. The book has not only shown me some routes at regularly visited crags, Ive now visited more crags on the gower than before, purely because I now know they exist!
