I am going to Las Vegas in May and was looking to see what our American cousins have and found just one wall but its not in Vegas.

Anyone know of any in Las Vegas

In reply to Fredt: thanks for that LMAO. I really find that funny when people do that. but was more looking to ask people that have been to the walls.

OK, but I couldn't resist as the search found four in Las Vegas and you said you hadn't found any.
The only one I have been to is not on the list, it was at Desert Rock Sports, but their site doesn't mention it now, maybe because a huge wall opened next door.

In reply to LennyJ1:

There is another wall now in Summelin area close to the Red Rock Casino Resort ...you can see climbers when driving home from the crags on W Charleston. There is also the biggest rip-off wall in the world somewhere half-way down the strip. I've never climbed on any wall there as when it rains we rest or go to JTree.

Also, of lesser interest, fitness centers with climbing walls:

If you want to drive up to Reno, there's a 164 foot outdoor wall

In reply to LennyJ1: Worth mentioning, climbing gyms in the states sometimes (maybe always) require you to use a gri-gri.

In reply to Rory Shaw:

Is is possible LennyJ doesn't know about Red Rocks?

The climbing gyms are only for bad weather days...
