My copy arrived today ...possibly the best guidebook Rockfax have ever produced. It looks fantastic, congratulations Chris and Alan. Can't wait to get out there again, although the fact I'm about to become a Dad means it won't be this year.
Quite pleased to see several climbs I struggled up last month have been upgraded!
In reply to The Ivanator: i was in Calpe last week without a copy of the new edition ;-(

Anyone know if any stores near Manchester have it in stock yet? I'd like to have a flick through before I buy. Is there much easy sport in there (5's & low 6's?

I think there are over a thousand routes at 6a and below in it.

In reply to stoo2k: Loads of routes right across the grades, plenty of good 5s and low 6s - I don't manage anything more than 6b and found lots to do on my recent trip, with plenty more to sustain future visits.
Specialist shops such as those at climbing walls will probably have stock before more general book retailers, think it is Rockfax policy to supply these shops first.

1523 routes below 6b

You can find them all using the advanced search on the Rockfax web site here - http://www.rockfax.com/databases/expert.html?area=1012

To be fair that is actually just the nature of the system and the way the distributors Cordee work, although we fully support their efforts to keep UK specialist retailers properly supplied. As companies get bigger, getting stock into their system becomes a more lengthy procedure, especially for small suppliers.

Cheers

Cheers guys. I'll have a gander next time I'm in MCC It'd be nice to have some winter sun climbing to look forward to later in the year!
