Can anyone recommend or know of any 'Glamping Pods' near Fort William?
The missus wants to head north and walk up Ben Nevis, but she doesn't like conventional tent camping and doesn't want to go to a hostel.

I think there some at the Glencoe ski area and perhaps at a campsite in Ballahulish /Glencoe

I'm with your missus, pods/wigwams are the way of the future if you want hostel prices and facilities but a bit of privacy and protection from the killer midge!
