I have the following:

A template from a printing company to fit a 7 x 5 image in.

A image that has been cropped to 7 x 5

When i try to move the 7 x 5 image into the 7 x 5 template its too big.

In reply to Andy Hudson: Try checking the resolution of both of the images to check they're the same? Menu > Image > Image size

Resize your image to 7 x 5 whatever's (inches or cm) but make sure that you un-tick 'resample image'. The resolution will then automatically adjust to preserve the image quality.
