To some extent there is some selling of gear that goes on in camp4. it depends at what point in the season you are planning on going though? At the start of the wall season there are slim pickings but as it progresses you get more and more people selling stuff. I wouldn't rely on getting something like a ledge though, they come up rarely. you see quite a lot of ropes, cams etc (not offsets or aliens so much).
In summary I would say, don't rely on picking up something crucial, but you may get the odd bargain.
