Hi,

I have a ski taster session for two booked at 1pm, Friday 14th Feb at Manchester Chill Factor. Unfortunately my girlfriend is currently quite ill in MRI and probably not going to be released in time (let alone well enough) to make it.

The total cost of this session was £50 and if anyone could take our places to help us recoup the cost then it would be incredibly appreciated.

Chill Factor's helpline is useless, it just rings and rings. I've emailed them but I'd be surprised if it even gets read.

Might just be ringing out due to the fact it's been evacuated. Apparently the roofs been affected by the wind

Fingers crossed it's closed on Friday too, would be an unexpected solution to my problem!
