Steve McClure is one of the best rock-climbers in the world, having climbed the hardest sport route in the UK at 9a+, numerous new routes at the grade of 9a and onsighted many at 8b+. Despite being better known for his sport climbing achievements, you might also find him wiggling in wires in Pembroke or sleeping in a portaledge on a 1000m wall in Greenland.

Come and hear Steve talk on Friday 4th April, 8.30pm at Beacon Climbing Centre to raise vital funds for the Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team. He will being talking about his 10 top routes - 10 routes that influenced his life, from his very first project right up to his hardest red-point. The dedication, blood sweat and tears, and how climbing has come to shape him as a person in every area of his life.
