Do you climb better alone or with someone giving encouragement / beta?
Yesterday at the TCA I climbed a few routes / problems which I know I would have given up on had I been climbing by myself, which I usually do. This time, however, a bouldering acquintance was there, and with his moral support, as well as almost advice such as 'come one, you're almost there' while stretching out a foot onto a tiny hold I could not see, I managed routes I would have walked paast as too hard.
