My wife had a compression strap break on her Trespass rucksac, probably when it was being unloaded from the plane. Does anyone have any experience of how good Trespass are at dealing with this sort of thing? I know the quality of their gear isn't great to begin with.

I got a rucksack from them about a year ago. the stitching started failing not long after buying it, so i returned it and got a refund. They were pretty good about it as it was a quality issue with the product.

Got myself a podsac instead.
