MBC is looking for an exceptional individual to join its customer service team in Newcastle.

A chance to join a great team and dynamic environment, working in one of the leading outdoor and Snow sports distributors in the UK.

Working Monday- Friday, hours 9-5, based in our Wallsend distribution centre, you will be responsible for-
- Front line customer service/ sales and order enquiries with our retail base and end consumers.
- Sales order processing
- Technical support for end consumer and retailer by telephone and email.

Ideal candidates will have-
- A strong background and passion for outdoor equipment, in particular footwear, packs and hardware.
- Previous experience in retail / customer service environment.
- A dynamic personality, with a strong can do, will do mentality.
- A desire and passion for service excellence
- An excellent and engaging telephone manner.
- Ability to build relationships over the phone.
- Ability to work under own drive and initiative, with excellent prioritisation skills
- Proven track record to work in teams and be a strong team player.
