Recommend me a dash cam

There's lots of dash cams on the market, but which would you recommend?

I have the Transcend DrivePro 200 and very happy with it, I just had to turn off the auto "accident" detection (which marks that section of video as non-overwritable), because it is too sensitive and kept triggering at every bump in the road.

Is that cam battery powered or does it run off the cigarette lighter power ?

Cigarette lighter power only. There must be some very small battery inside because it can keep the date/time for a few days without power.

I now use a Mobius (£55) for off road MTB (convert from GoPro). A lot of people are using them as dash cams:
