Anyone know the official line on access here? RAD says climbing tolerated but banned, that hasn't been updated since 06 though.

Went up there the other day and the face of the crag has been sprayed to say no climbing and locked gates all around, no visible evidence of it being used recently.

Any info would be great

keep a low profile and it seems to be ok
i climbed there a couple of times last year and had no problems
the No Climbing paint has been there at least 2 years - probably longer

Most of Leicestershire climbing looks like that - it's part of the charm!

No climbing signs and locked gates have been there for years an we have never had any bother. Keep a low profile and enjoy

If anyone wants to get out for some evening climbing in Leicestershire once the clocks go on then get in touch. I'm usually in Loughborough one night per week

The gates and sign have been there at least 12 years. Have fun there
