The first in a series of events to bring world cup style climbing and techniques to The Climbing Hangar's new London centre (http://www.theclimbinghangar.com/?p=5774)
World #2 and British Champion, Shauna Coxsey and Leah Crane, twice British Champion and GB Team member are experts in their field with more hard ascents than you can shake your Lapis brush stick at.
Both women are incredible technicians and make climbing look more than easy; fluid and elegant while putting down numbers most of us can only dream of.
During these session Shauna and Leah will spend 90 minutes working with you on the essential elements of moving well to maximise your existing strengths and iron out weaknesses.
Furthermore you will be practicing on boulder problems that they have set the day before in 'world cup style' from V3 upwards, with emphasis on body position and using momentum to make climbing easier.
Both experienced coaches and both at the cutting edge of the sport, these small group sessions will be invaluable for developing your climbing to a much deeper level.
Sessions are £45 and must be booked in advance – please call the centre on 0207 7510913 to book (after 2pm on a weekday or after 10 on a weekend)
The venue is The Climbing Hangar London (formerly Urban Ascent but now renovated and expanded) best accessed by getting off at Parsons Green Tube stop
