Ive currently got a Garmin eTrex Summit which is a great little device but only holds a certain number of waypoints, so for longer races 50+ miles its not suitable.
Im not that fussed about having a colour display or maps, just something that will tell me when I go off course or tell me to 'go that way ->'.
I know there are a lot of fancy units out there but they also come with a fancy price tag too and for the sake of races only im not looking to spend a lot, 2nd hand is fine for me.
