Due to the extremely wet winter, I've noticed my indoor wall has started to go mouldy.

What can I do to save it?

In reply to goose299:

Heat and ventilate the space it's in.
In reply to goose299:

Maybe once it's dried out take the holds off and treat the wood?

In reply to Fraser:

It's an old garage with panels together, which creates gaps

I'm screwed with heating it

I've also clocked some of the holds have mold on them.

Best way of cleaning them?

In reply to goose299:

Our wall is in an open sided barn and had the same problem (seemed to occur after condensation). We just waited until it was dry then stripped the holds and cleaned them and scrubbed the areas of ply with mould on. We might paint it when it gets warmer but it hasn't happened again since, the ply hasn't delaminate or anything so I'm not too worried.

In reply to Alex Riley:

What did you scrub it with? Might that have helped it not coming back?
 Alex Riley 14 Feb 2016
In reply to goose299:

To be honest it was just diluted flash and some elbow grease. It is stained but no longer mouldy, if it needed to be neat I would paint it but as is I'm not bothered.

Use Milton to clean, the bleach in it will clean the mould and stop it coming back for a while. You can also use the baby steriliser tablets (use these to clean camelback) they work a treat. Wear gloves!

Use it more often

In reply to goose299:

Does the mould bother you? Personally I'd just ignore it or give it a brush with some bleach.
