Trying to find some good beginner /intermediate core training routines to do with gym rings, got my sets on floor sorted but want to start using rings to really increase my gains.
Any help would be awesome

In reply to Yorkieboy:
There are several basic movements to master with bodyweight training to build general strength. A few of which can be paired for time efficiency (along the lines recommended by Steve Lowe in Overcoming Gravity):

L-Sits/Manna & Handstands
Planche & Front Lever
Back Lever
Pistols/Squats

Apart from the last two, the rest can be performed on rings but will take years to develop. Several progressions/variations are around to help you get there. As well as Overcoming Gravity I'd recommend Building the Gymnastic Body by Chris Sommer (and his Foundation 1 strength course).

Good timing, I'm at home working on the rings now!
I've been using the Gimme Kraft book, which is also full of other stuff for sling trainer etc.
There are some good starting exercises here

I actually worked through a lot of different stuff when I got my rings, and identified (many) weaknesses to concentrate on. Recommend Gimme Kraft highly. Ed sells it in the Foundry shop Crag X

Enjoy
