SMS Weather forecasts in Europe

Does anyone know of a service that will deliver weather forecasts in English for parts of Europe (French Alps, Dolomites, Julian Alps etc) by SMS?

I am travelling around Europe for several months and I am often going to be without internet for several days and camping in remote places.

I've messaged friends back home in the past but this isn't always practical.

Delorme inreach offers this as a service. More info here: http://wx2inreach.weebly.com The forecasts are provider by forecast.io or mountain-forecast.
Very useful, but you must have an inreach & a subscription of course.
