Beta Stick head bent during transport. Warranty return?

Hello all,

Looking for some advice with a current challenge regarding my Beta Stick.

I use the stick very little and it sits in the back of my van until needed. Yesterday I pulled it out to discover the head was bent, looks like the rivet has separated from the metal. Tried to bent it back and completely snapped off.

Does anyone think this is a warranty claim on the product? Have pictures showing damage before snap.

Any information would be great as i can't even find a email for beta climbing design.

Why not ask Beta Climbing Designs directly. There's a phone number on their site (I know that's a bit old fashioned... )

Yeh I plan to Jon office was closed when i tried to call.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar challenge.
