Dear All,
I had the misfortune to lose one of the straps off my Crux AK37 rucksack. Not the end of the world but annoying, especially as I use the sack in all sorts of occasions and sometimes it has everything hanging off the outside when I'm walking in to an overnight camp at the base of a route...
Anyway, a quick series of email correspondence with them and I am now in possession of a replacement strap, and what's even better is that it was free and arrived the next day. How good is that?
