Babbacombe Crags

I am struggling to find Excile buttress, it seems there has been a lot of trees removed recently , my best guess after trying a couple of times is skirting to the right of some gorse bushes, but no sign of ivy trees or fixed rope.
Anyone been down recently?

Go to the "bus shelter" thing that marks the way down to Long quarry Point. Walk 50m west (left if looking seaward). Go over the fence by a bench onto Flagstaff Point which still has a lone tree on top. Drop leftwards down the slope for 30m or so before doubling back seawards. There is usually a safety rope in place to help you negotiate the last bit. Good luck.
