I'm trying to work out which guidebooks to buy to scope out our trip to BC in July- looking for advice from people who have spent time there. We are looking to do a mix of trad, sport and alpine climbing. Also if anyone has guidebooks to the areas that they are looking to shift, let me know with a price. Thanks!

These are the ones I was thinking:
The Bugaboos - Atkinson + Pitche http://www.rockrun.com/the-bugaboos
Banff Rock - Perry http://www.alpineclubofcanada.ca/product/banff-rock/
Rockies Central - Jones http://www.outside.co.uk/shop/Rockies+Central+Volume+Two%3AThe+Climbers+Guide+to+the+Rocky+Mountains...
Squamish Select - Bourdon http://www.alpineclubofcanada.ca/product/squamish-select-2012-edition/

Try 'Canadian Rock - Select Climbs of the West'.

Pretty good overview of the worthwhile destinations with detailed guidance on the highlights at each place.

Hi Guy,
I’ll be moving there in 3 weeks, so if you get in touch nearer the time I can share what I’ve learned

Thanks I will check it out- I'm thinking a selective guide may be a good choice.
