Personally, for a workhorse rope (which is what you're will be if you're using it for everything) I would get the cheapest one you can find and basically ignore branding as it makes little difference in my experience. Also I'm not convinced dry treatment is worth the extra money on any rope not used for winter climbing, but especially not on a single so wouldn't bother with that.
As close as you can get to £1 a metre is what I aim for. This is a reasonable deal, for example, and is a good rope, I've used it:
