I went with friends today to a recently opened climbing wall in Perth. It is a great wall in the grounds of Perth College and has plenty of variety and well worth a visit. If you do however note that the car parking is Pay & Display though not well signed and with discretely placed pay points. I missed this fact and got a fixed penalty notice! Doh!

if its not well signed and the pay points arent obvious it will probably be worth appealing it on the basis it isnt obvious that its pay and display

Yeah agree. Take 360' photos of where you were parked, and where you enter. If it isn't clear they don't have a leg to stand on.

I've appealed on this basis twice and won. I've appealed loads more and never won, mind!
