Hi guys looking for advice asap...

I have just sold a north face tuxedo suit and I loved climbing skiing and touring in it.

Now I am in the market for a new one and have looked at -

Norrona loften suit
Mammut Norwand suit

Does anyone have any experiance of these suits or can offer an alternative to the above?

The norrona looks too baggy for climbing and the mammut looks a bit naff for the money-constructive responses would be welcomed guys.

Cheers

Just out of interest - what is the advantage of this over a separate Gore-Tex jacket and Gore-Tex trousers? You eliminate the gap between the two, which sounds like it may confer a very minor advantage in the most horrible conditions, but on the flip side you can't really take the jacket off in good weather or when you get too hot?

To be honest mate i find the whole package less bulky, lighter in the pack and less faff when tge weather moves in.

With the modern gore accompanied with venting i have never found overheating a problem.

The protection is a big advantage for me mate
