Good evening all. Next Thursday I'll be having the ops mentioned above and I'm obviously keen to get back to full health ASAP.

I won't be able to afford any private physio sessions and have little faith (based on previous experience) in NHS physios so I was wondering:

Does anyone have any good muscle/stability exercises that they've been given that will be safe?

How/did you regain full range of motion/get back to the same levels of flexibility, post-op?

Were you able to do core workouts while injured? If so, please let me know what you managed/how.

Basically, any other information would be fantastic and I'd love to hear about your experiences and how you dealt with them/the fu@£king frustration of not being able to boulder at the limit.

Cheers

In reply to appletontheape:

Post meniscus super.important.to keep strength in the quadriceps.

I would have an alternative plan to bouldering. For.me.it is hard repointing.
