Hi,
Found an excellent but basic one near a pub called The Old Smithy Inn, in Welcombe (EX39 6HG). As far as I can remember we went through the village with pub on the right. There is a farm on your left that owns the field and field is just beyond on your left.
This was a couple of years ago. Nice spot and the owner left us alone. Handy for Sharpynose.

Stoke Barton Farm and Camp site, it is betwixt Lower Sharpnose and Baggy, nice people, loads of space, walk down to Hartland Point , fantastic cliffs and pub. Pretty good cream teas - that's if you are back in time or rained off.
