Portland camping?

Could anyone recommend me a campsite near...or on Portland? I normally stay at Tom's field in swanage for Dorset but adds a bit of driving to Portland. Is there a decent climber campsite? I'd like to avoid a mega-site full of concrete and caravans.

If you are going in August then try to get into Eweleaze Farm (just East of Weymouth) - http://eweleaze.co.uk/ a big site, but has some quieter areas and a friendly vibe. They allow open fires and the site has its own excellent beach (with views across to Portland). It does get booked up though and only opens for 4 weeks a year.
2017 prices:
Adults
£8/night Sunday to Thursday nights, and
£16/night for Friday and Saturday nights (and Sunday of the bank holiday weekend)
Vehicles
Flat fee of £10 for each vehicle brought onto site for the stay

That sounds exactly perfect! But sadly it's next week I'm going (forecast permitting...) any ideas for places open in May?

Not stayed there, but Rosewall Farm seems to get good reviews and is open. Sea Barn Farm (that advertises in the Rockfax) is well positioned, but gets a fair quantity of negative reviews online. I've not stayed there either, but based on the reviews would look elsewhere.

I stayed here: http://www.pebblebank.co.uk/ back in April and thought it was ideal. The caravans are in the separate field and out of the way. It's just a few minutes from Portland, has clean showers and toilets and the pitches are on a tiered field with a view of Portland and Chesil ahead.
