The Welsh Government have plans to create new legislation on National Parks and AONBs to ease 'new development'. The leaked report (entitled Future Landscapes Wales) was obtained by the BMC, and contains no reference whatsoever to either the conservation purpose of National Parks or their role in promoting the quiet enjoyment of them.
