Westway, otherwise known as the best and biggest lead climbing centre in London, is looking for some terrific team members to match its upcoming super-duper developments which includes adding more brilliant bouldering, revamping the climbing shop and introducing an all-new front of house.

Located in the heart of west London, the centre is on the search for the right candidates to continue to push the high standards we pride ourselves on. We are looking for multiple roles to join our management and coaching teams.

Salary: £18,655 to £22,360

Outdoor + Commercial Climbing Co-ordinator
Salary: £18,655 to £22,360

Climbing Coaches
Salary: £9.75 to £10.75 per hour (+ holiday pay, plus bonus scheme, full training package including national schemes)
