Angel Falls was way bigger and technically harder, with plenty of looseness and unprotectability in its 1000m length, but overall it wasn't often genuinely seriously dangerous. This one was technically easier but far less solid and less protectable than we expected, leading to some heart-in-mouth situations, certainly for me. We later explained it by noting it was probably a different geological stratum so not sharing similar characteristics to other tepuis we've climbed in the area.
Still great fun though, even if most of the team were terrified and we didn't top out!
