Has anyone tried Scarpa Prime shoe yet? They recently turned up in my local Decathlon https://www.decathlon.co.uk/prime-climbing-shoes-id_8399424.html and it seems that they might be made only for Decathlon as they don't even appear on the http://www.scarpa.co.uk/ website. They look very good value at 55 quid, rather like in style my old favourite Scarpa Forces that I very sadly recently binned, but I was wondering how they can be half the price of the newest versions of the Forces. Has anyone got a pair and if so, does the rubber (not Vibram like Scarpa normally use) seem any less good than normal climbing shoe rubber?

In reply to TobyA:

Scarpa.co.uk is the UK specific page that only shows the models the UK distributor imports. You can find that model in any other scarpa.(X) domain under the name 'origin'.

In reply to Mr Lopez:

Yeah, I saw the Origin shoes on the Scarpa NA page, although they are different colour so perhaps that's why I didn't twig they are otherwise the same! There are a few reviews of the Origins around, although I suspect they climb better with yellow stripes as clearly they look cooler.
