Have sent email to request access code. There seems to be an automated reply, which contains an attachment, but my phone says no app can open it.
Does anyone know what app can it be opened with?

Depends what file type it is, you don't say. At a guess it's either a pdf (for which adobe reader works) or a .doc document (Microsoft office mobile is free on android). Alternatively, try opening on a real computer.

No, nothing, just says no app can open it.
I have adobe on my phone, but removed Microsoft apps.
Will try on a pc, just i don't have one.

It doesn't say.
The pdf info from the access page doesn't give the code, i can open pdfs ok.
