In reply to Ram:
Cambodia is basically flat, so not much there.
Phnom Penh has a reasonably good indoor climbing wall in Tuol Tom Puong, St. 460 just west of St. 115.
They run regular trips down to Kampot where there is a dedicated climbing area. Never climbed there myself but it is regarded as being pretty good, maybe more on account of a lack of climbing in general though.
There are the odd other small crags around, again probably best visited under the guidance of the folks at Phnom Penh Climb.
Laos is probably a better bet, up in Khamounne province, just in from Tha Khaek.
Any general questions, feel free to ask.
