Sport climbing in Europe in Feb...?

Hi,

I'm looking for a climbing destination in mid-Feb in Europe

Requirements:

1. No need for a car

2. Cheap

I have a partner so that isn't a problem. I guess El Chorro is an obvious choice, but looking for any other suggestions.
