A new bouldering wall is set to open in Maidstone this May.

18,000+ square foot of bouldering, yoga & cafe, located at the Powerhub Business Centre in Maidstone. No leading, just bouldering. A Leading wall which is open to the public throughout the week is very much needed, but bouldering is also a great addition for this area of Kent.

They are called "The Climbing Experience" and can be found on Facebook if you want to follow progress.

I'm posting this as I think this is a great addition to Kent, where most of us have to travel an hour to get to anywhere decent to climb indoors.

And also Canterbury! (Chimera Canterbury)

Folkestone is also opening a multi storey bouldering and rock climbing wall / skate park. It's called the urban sports park ot f51

ooo really? Do you know if it will have leading walls? and when does it open?

Yeah apparently it will have a couple of them it should be open this summer!

Also, its located in the regenerated part of the town with the harbour arm, so in the summer there is loads to go eat, drink and do after!
