Thinking of going to Crack Fest, depot Sheffield 7th March, is there anywhere to go and practice with the wide boy volumes up at the moment?

Willing to travel Derby/Nottingham/Sheffield

Weather so rubbish thought I'd use the time productively.

Thanks for replying, haven't been there before, it's not my local wall, what cracks have they got up now?, do you reckon it's worth going for a crack only session?

When I was there last they had a whole wall dedicated to cracks in the training area... Have fun 😁💪✊

Google the depot Sheffield cracks training and there are a couple of videos on Facebook of the area they have set aside for this... Enjoy 😇

For a challenge, try starting at the bottom left, upside down and move rightwards as far as you can. It's fun working it out, but a spotter is recommended

Got on the cracks yesterday, good training, pretty hard- they're steep. Managed a microsecond of inverted no hands rest in the fist crack, my crack muscles got a good workout.😁
