Could anyone recommend deep water solo destinations anywhere in Greece? 

Crete, but you might have to make your own.

I believe theres a fair bit developed in Kalyimnos. I haven't checked it out though dispite loving DWS as the sport is just too good.

There's some in Kalymnos but, unless there have been major developments in the last couple of years, it's pretty minor. The established DWS on Kaly is at Vathy (there's more there than the list on UKC, but not much). It makes for a fun day when it's hot, but you couldn't make a week's holiday out of it.

I've done some great stuff there. Agios pavlos on the south coast

Me too, I think that's where we were, but we hard to make it up, as we didn't have a guide (is there one?).

Edit: we also did some at Agios Ioannis.

Great, i`ll definitely check those out. Went skiing in Crete once, so would be stoked to go back!
