Am thinking of heading down there next week, has anyone been recently who can comment on if it's a bit green and slick there? There's not a great deal of traffic logged at all, I know it's not a popular crag.

The conditions are fine, not at all green or slick. All of the most popular routes get plenty of traffic so you shouldn't have any problems.
