adidas 5.10 anasazi velcro stretch ?

just picked up a pair of above shoes from tk max!  and by jingo they are tight for size, do they give/stretch.  took a punt as i can return or flog em on.

They stretch a little bit, but not much. It's worth noting the the sizes changed when Adidas bought them (they got tighter).  I went from wearing size 8/8.5 to size 9.5.

What size are they? I got a pair of 9.5's that are a bit too big for me, so unworn, would swap for 9's?
