I'm looking at buying a new tent to be used mainly solo bike packing and light weight touring. Mainly looking at low pack size and low weight not too concerned about cost.
Aiming for under 1kg in weight and double walled.
I'd been looking at the Vango F10 Hydrogen Air Tent and Nordisk lofoten and telemark tents.
I was looking for something a bit more weatherproof than what you'd get at your target weight though. Speaking from extremely bitter experience, think very carefully about whether you can guarantee good weather for your trip - i.e. are you only going to do short trips where you can check the weather forecast is for glorious sunshine and no wind, or is there a risk of getting caught out?
Thanks both, that narrows it down quite a lot, I've fortunately already got a hilleberg akto so if its looking bad I can switch to that.
Its for a 2 week trip through Norway so can't guarantee good weather but there are quite a lot of campsites with huts to rent if needed to sit out some weather.
Currently liking the look of the trekkertent stealth 1 as would save about 1kg.
