I've got an MTB with internal cables, but there are no bungs, so they rattle a little.
Are there any 3rd party bungs that don't require the cables removing first?
I'd nudge the cable through a bit, wrap some electrical tape round it and then nudge it back.
Otherwise, get a bit of suitably sized tube, split it lengthways and clip it round.
