Hi 

For setting up a bouldering Gym how much would insurance roughly cost annually?

Try contacting Hiscox.co.uk commercial business insurance with details of the expected premises, staffing numbers and customer numbers and ask for a quote

Try contacting a bouldering gym owner directly in a different part of the country from you (i.e. not a competitor)

Activities Industry Mutual provide the insurance for my wall.  Approx £1500 annually.
