So I bought a pair of these (cheap) to replace my old faithful totally baggy/floppy Anasazi Velcro.
I went up a 1/2 a size as I can no longer face the new shoe pain.
After breaking in a bit - I grew to hate them. - the toe tip was awful and stuck out too far giving a feeling of total dis-connection from the shoe; just terrible.
In desperation whilst away doing easy routes in Spain, I took a knife to the toe area and trimmed off quite a bit of the 'excess' rubber to create a more natural rounded profile.
Instant transformation! - now just love them, lol.
And they are a perfect fit after breaking in.
Anyone else resorted to the same butchery with these shoes?
