Sports massage or physiotherapy in Chamonix

Hi, wondering if anyone has recommendations for a sports massage therapist (ideally with a climbing focus) in Chamonix?

Looking for someone to work with me on an ongoing shoulder issue which needs regular release.

Any recommendations much appreciated.
