Hazel Findlay is, quite simply, one of the world's best climbers. Six-time British Junior Champion, Hazel left competitive climbing, at the age of just 16, to focus on rock climbing. Hazel went on to become the first British woman to climb one of the hardest grades in climbing, as well as free-climb Yosemite's El Capitan four times.
Went to the Buxton one and it was an excellent talk. Not the typical climbers talk "I climbed this and then I climbed that..." but more a whole lot of psychological insights delivered in an engaging way. Fully recommend.
