I've been thinking about getting more serious and structured about training, and could use some profesional input.

Hence looking for a climbing coach around north London who could give me some pointers in terms of what to work on and help make a structured training plan (never did this before).

Since my primary interest is trad and alpine climbing, preferably someone with experience in that domain.

Any recommendations?

Thanks, will check them out. Got the book recently, which inspired me for sure. But after reflecting on their approach, I realized my gap to the routes I want to do has more to do with my technical climbing ability, than pure fitness (which the book seems quite focused on).
